$1,800 Raised for Barham Local Health Trust
On the 25th March, we held a Trivia Night at our co-working space Murray Connect.
More than 90 community members came together to support our first fundraiser trivia night “Gettin’Trivvy With It” to raise funds for the Barham Local Health Medical Trust. The night was made possible by funding from Murray Irrigation’s 2020/2021 Sponsorship Program that supports healthy, viable and vibrant communities.
“Getting Trivvy with it” aimed to shine a spotlight on community wellbeing and bring together community after what was a turbulent 2020 for many.

Teams battled it out over six rounds including sport, medicine, pop culture, music, geography, and general knowledge, with a bonus local knowledge question in each round. There was plenty of debate especially around the number of pubs in the old Wakool Shire.
The “guess the next line of the song” questions in the musical round proved tough, but got people singing along and dancing in their seats
