World Wetlands Day 2023 - Yabby Festival

The theme of World Wetlands Day 2023 is Wetland Restoration.

To celebrate we will be hosting a Yabby Festival suited to the whole family on Sunday 26th February. A bus will be running from Murray Connect in Barham to our favourite yabby spot in the Koondrook-Perricoota Forest.

Hear from industry experts on the importance of restoring our wetlands, recreational fishing compliance, and discover and share the best way to catch and cook yabbies.

Then join us back at Murray Connect for a light lunch including some of the
 iconic Australian freshwater crustacean.
